Loch Aisir lies on low ground little more than a kilometre from the sea in Highland. It is a very small water of roughly 3.5 hectares with a plain shoreline and a short circuit of under a kilometre. Generally shallow, the loch averages about 4.5 m in depth and shows moderate alkalinity.
Fishing is straightforward; the fish average 6–8 oz. Access is by a short walk trending north‑east for about half a kilometre, reaching the loch directly.
