Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the relevant app store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store.
The Service allows you to upload content including photographs, trip reports, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Information provided through the Service (including fishing locations, weather data, and AI-generated descriptions) is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinnacle Software Engineering Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
