Lochan a'Mhullaich is a very small loch of roughly 4 hectares, lying in the low ground of Highland Scotland, just over 300 metres from the coast. Despite its modest size, the water is relatively deep for such a small lochan, reaching moderate depths. The shoreline is fairly simple in outline, with only gentle variations along its perimeter of less than a kilometre.
