Water managed by Stornoway Angling Association
Loch Airigh na Lic is accessible and has some good bank fishing.
The area boasts an abundance of brown trout, typically averaging around 6 ounces, although occasional catches of trout weighing up to 3 pounds have been reported. Following heavy rainfall from July onwards, the loch sees the arrival of sea trout via the Glen River. These sea trout are primarily finnock, ranging from 8 to 14 ounces, but larger sea trout weighing up to 3 pounds and the occasional grilse have also been landed in the past.
