About

Breakfast is guaranteed at Altaburg. Fish average 8oz and are accommodating. Larger specimens are found towards the machair shore to the west and smaller inhabitants reside in the peaty waters to the east. Two lochs in one!

Bank fishing is good but a boat helps get into all the corners.

Fish lie amongst the weeds and in the margins. Try the narrows between the two sections of the loch.
